GemStück is an up and coming handmade jewellery brand designed by Fumi Usifo, who takes inspiration from her cultural environment. She describes her brand as one with a twist, due to the Nigerian and European influences that govern her passion for everything jewellery; therefore, you will find pieces in her collection that are fit for a beautiful occasion right to pieces for everyday wear.

Fumi has always enjoyed fashion and coming up with new outfit ideas; however, it was not until the age of 17 that she got a real passion for jewellery, when her aunt, who was about to get married, gave her a task of find the right jewellery for her wedding day. Having no pictures to go by but descriptions of the dress alone, Fumi was able to find the right jewellery to enhance her aunty's wedding dress. From then on, her interest continued to grow, until she decided to try her hand at jewellery making. She constantly introduces new ideas, techniques and is always on the lookout for brand new and interesting stones and beads to make her designs stand out. Currently she is heavily involved in making wire-wrapped rings and earrings, which have been a hit with our clients!
